Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Siliguri for Telecallers. Telecallers will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers to pitch products or services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette

• Experience in a customer-facing role, such as telemarketing or customer service

• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure

• Fluent in Hindi/ Bengali/ Nepali

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
